All services are performed with professional care and attention to detail.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled service.

Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

Toledos Auto Pro is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage Mechanical or electrical issues Damage due to faulty paint, aftermarket parts, or prior repairs

While we take every precaution, some services (like paint correction) involve working with your vehicle’s surface and may carry minimal risk.

Results Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Some imperfections (deep scratches, chips, heavy oxidation) may not be fully removable.

We do not guarantee “perfect” results, but we aim for the highest quality possible.

Warranty & Aftercare
